23rd Annual Candelight Christmas Caroling
and Art Market

Join us for an old neighborhood tradition.  Our 23rd Annual Caroling in Washington Square Park will be held Sunday (12/9) at 6pm.

Our annual Christmas Caroling event helps bring the holiday spirit to the Marigny. Marigny residents, visitors young and old as well as locals from around the city come together in Washington Square Park to sing Christmas carols, enjoy hot apple cider to get into the holiday spirit. This year the caroling will be lead by the Pfister Sisters.

The Art Market, which will be from 11 am to 3pm, will host renowned local artists who will showcase and sell their work, including photography, jewelry, crafts, home furnishings, wall art and more. In addition to the Art Market in the park, the Maringy/Bywater Open Studio event will be happening from noon to 5 pm. Visit www.openstudioartists.org for more information and a map.

After shopping at the Art Market enjoy a leisurely stroll through the historic Marigny neighborhood and stop at one of our great restaurants, coffee shops or bars and soak in the local flavor. Then, stop back in the park for our Caroling event.
