The Faubourg Marigny Improvement Association (FMIA) is accepting applications for its Art Market in Washington Park as part of the upcoming Faubourg Marigny Walking Tour to be held on November 4, 2007. The Faubourg Marigny Annual Walking Tour gives locals and visitors a chance to experience all the treasures of the historic Marigny. Last year's event drew over 200 people to the park. Washington Square Park (700 Elysian Fields) is the epicenter of the Walking Tour experience. There, tour-goers purchase tickets for the guided walking tour, enjoy live music, and shop renowned local artists artwork.
