The Draft Agreement

Below is the original draft agreement as well as the different iterations as the agreement has been passed back between the NOBC and the FMIA.

The original agreement which was tendered by NOBC does not contain any meaningful protections for the neighborhood. (see FMIA's Comments)

Starting with version 2.1, the FMIA footnoted the agreement for clarity so there is no confusion of our intent. We have asked NOBC to do the same with their edits so we may understand their intent when making changes.
